On behalf of my landlord I am looking for a tenant to take over my apartment in Vallendar, on the Rheinufer street from June onwards.

The apartment is a spacious 1-person studio of roughly 34m2. It has a beautiful view on the Rhine river and a walking distance of 3 min to Rewe an 5 min to the Campus.
The apartment comes fully furnished and has a washing machine. The furniture has to be taken over.
The monthly rent is about EUR 370, plus water and electricity.
